Transformation GEMS kicked off an 8 week program, may 2024, in partnership with leap.
The program is covered by a grant for the next 3 years. The 8 Week Cohorts are very intimate with 10 - 19 women in the program. The women receive up to $2,500.00 in resources by making a commitment with their time and resources. Each woman who complete the program without missing 2 sessions will receive a certificate of completion, micro-grant, opportunity to pitch and win, mentoring, Unstoppablewomensempire.com, women biz membership for 12 months, access to the annual women’s, conference, recorded interviews, sessions taught by industry experts and so much more. The purpose of Transformation GEMS is for women entrepreneurs to create systems, legacies and become recession-proof.
Goals
Transformation GEMS plans to become one of the leading producers, connectors and supporters for women entrepreneurs.
Women become self-sufficient, sustainable and give back towards what their community and leave legacies. This approach contributes towards the empowerment and engagement of people living in the urban communities and the underserved driving hope of transformation in a city that can benefit from the resources within. It also supports the woman who is ready to transition from not believing in who she is to a woman who unpacks all her gifts and has multiple gifts. She can manage a career, to becoming a boss.
Sponsorship Opportunities Are Available
The Transformation GEMS, “Gifted Entrepreneurs with Millionaire Status” vision will be investing in the women in the Greater Lansing area (Ages 18 and up) by yielding resources to help develop, educate and empower those who want to make a difference in their personal life and community. The program is a non-profit organization 100 % funded by donations and will celebrate and empower women with gifts, talents, and abilities who want to unleash their unlimited potential without a ceiling and provide them with tools for living their dreams and pursuing their passion while building community.
