Transformation GEMS

I participated in an outstanding session that she presented. Outstanding!

Absolutely an amazing visionary with a purposeful impact and a mission that provides value.

Carmen is a Superhero in the business realm empowering women to be all that God created them to be!

Carmen is an amazing and insightful leader in personal transformation.

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude to you and your team for the Transformation Gems Cohort 5 class. While I have taken several business classes in the past, this experience was truly different and awakened something within me.
The small, intimate setting made it easy for me to absorb and implement the information from the various business presentations, testimonies, and interactive activities. I am thrilled to share that I launched my microbakery, The Daily Knead, about a month after the class concluded. I was so inspired and motivated by the curriculum—from learning about self-care and writing books to dining etiquette and business plans—that I have already encouraged my daughter to register for the next class.
Thank you for the many "nuggets" of wisdom and for the impact you are making. I am incredibly thankful and grateful for everything you and your team have provided.

The Transformation GEMS cohort is so much more than a business course; it’s a leadership incubator. While most programs stop at the logistics of LLCs and paperwork, GEMS dives deep into the high-level leadership and soft skills essential for sustainable growth. Beyond the curriculum, I gained an invaluable inner circle of incredible entrepreneurs to lean on, learn from, and grow alongside. I couldn't recommend this course enough and am so grateful to Dr. Carmen and the team making these events possible.

Testimonial about the gala and Transformation GEMS: There is nothing quite like the power of women coming together to support and uplift one another. The Transformation GEMS gala was the perfect example of that magic. I left feeling so inspired and grateful for this community. Thank you, Dr. Carmen Thomas, for reminding us that together, we are unstoppable!

I can honestly say that being part of Transformation Gems Cohort 5 was an incredible experience for me as a new business owner. The program gave me practical tools, valuable guidance, and a supportive network that helped me grow in confidence and clarity with my business. I am so blessed, grateful and thankful to be a Transformation Gems graduate. I highly recommend it to any new entrepreneur looking to learn, connect, and grow.

A special thank you to Dr. Carmen, Mrs. Shannie, Ms. Sharon, and Mrs. Debbie for your love and wonderful hospitality. Your kindness truly meant so much to us.

I recently had the opportunity to attend a 2-day cohort training with Transformation GEMS, and it was truly an empowering experience.

Over the two days, I gained valuable insight, encouragement, and practical tools that challenged me to grow both personally and professionally. The environment was welcoming, supportive, and filled with individuals who are passionate about transformation and impact.

What stood out most was the intentional focus on growth, accountability, and building a community that supports one another in reaching our goals. The conversations were powerful, the training was engaging, and the connections made were meaningful.

I’m grateful for the knowledge shared and the opportunity to be part of a cohort that is committed to growth and positive change. I’m excited to apply what I learned and continue the journey of transformation.

Thank you, Transformation GEMS, for creating a space where people can learn, grow, and step confidently into their purpose.

Being in the Transformation Gems class has truly changed my life. The name itself speaks volumes because Mrs . Carmen is truly creating gems and helping women transform into them.

First, Mrs. Carmen is an amazing woman of God who genuinely has a heart for helping others succeed and thrive. Being a part of the 6th cohort alongside so many amazing women taught me so much about fellowship, business, and leadership.

Through this course, I learned the dos and don’ts of business, how to write and publish books, the importance of etiquette, self-care, and mental health all things that are essential not only in business, but in life. And also including God in everything we do!

Most importantly, I am thankful for Mrs. Carmen, her amazing Gems, and the opportunity to be a part of something so impactful. This experience helped me open my eyes again, regain vision, and truly understand my purpose. It also inspired me to begin building a legacy for my 4-year-old son something he can one day enjoy and be proud of.

We shared laughs, crying moments but most importantly it was a sisterhood!

If you haven’t taken one of these courses, please do! You do not want to miss this opportunity. Your life will truly be transformed.

Thank you, Mrs. Carmen and the entire Transformation Gems family , for everything.
